External Service Provision

– Administrative analysis and processing of requests for payment of reimbursement and requests for payment of the balance to the Structural Funds
– Technical and financial analysis of Structural Fund support files
– Drawing up reimbursement claims
– Preparation and follow-up of consultancy work in the financial and management areas
– Preparation of applications to various public funding sources

– Higher education in a relevant area for the position
– Previous experience in the preparation and monitoring of funded projects (PT2020, PRR, Horizonte2020, etc.)
– Team work experience
– Client / commercial orientation
– Knowledge of the tasks to be executed
– Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) skills in user’s perspective
– Ease of written and verbal communication
– Orientation towards goals

JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS

We intend to recruit, for O’Porto around area, the following profile:
– Degree/Masters in Engineering and/or Management/Chemistry
– Advanced Technician in Occupational Health and Safety (preferably)
Training as ISO 9001 internal auditor (preferably)
– Experience with ISO 9001 (mandatory)
– Project Management skills
– Driving license (mandatory)
– Part-time

Elaboration of applications to incentive systems

Profile
Higher Education in Economics, Management or Finance;
Experience in the incentives area of PT2020 (Mandatory);
Professional experience exceeding 2 years in functions related to consultancy and project management; financed (Valued).
