To help companies improve their competitiveness, increase their efficiency and reduce costs, as well as to seize the opportunities offered by the digital transformation.

Incentive Conditions

  • An incentive in the form of vouchers to boost the technological component of companies. Encouraging the integration of technology in companies by supporting the development of processes and organizational skills that drive the digital transformation of the business model.
  • Mainland Portugal, including the autonomous regions of Madeira and the Azores.
  • Award of a fixed value voucher of 10,000 euros per beneficiary company, to be used for the intended purpose, based on the Digital Transition Services Catalog.
  • Companies may use services included in the Digital Transition Services Catalog with a value greater than the voucher awarded, provided they pay the remaining amount of the services directly with the service provider.
  • 10 thousand euros.

  • Accredited services
    • Customer Relations – Software and services aimed at promoting and enhancing customer relations, running campaigns, digital commerce and using technology to promote the customer experience;
    • ERP, Processes and Automation – Software and services related to the automation and efficiency of companies’ operational processes and integrated business management systems;
    • Business Security – Software and services with cybersecurity solutions that increase the protection of the company’s environment;
    • Data and Business Intelligence – Software and digital services related to capturing, processing and presenting data for business improvement;
    • Suply Chain Management – Software and services for implementing digital technologies aimed at improving the efficiency of supply chain management and the logistics area of companies;
    • Advanced Technologies – Software and services in artificial intelligence, internet-of-things, virtual or augmented reality, robotics, among other technologies, aimed at increasing the adoption of advanced technologies in companies’ business models;
    • Industry 4.0 – Software and services in the digital area for the adoption of technology to facilitate industrial processes;
    • Building Information Modeling – Software and services in the area of information modeling for the entire life cycle of building construction.
  • a) Normal operating costs of the beneficiary, not foreseen in the contracted investment, as well as maintenance and replacement costs, and costs related to periodic or continuous activities;
  • b) Investments resulting from obligations arising from agreements or concession contracts with the State or compliance with legal obligations applicable to the proposed activities;
  • c) Cash payments, except in situations where this proves to be the most frequent means of payment, depending on the nature of the expenditure, and provided that the unit value is less than 250 euros;
  • d) Expenses paid under contracts made through intermediaries or consultants, where the amount to be paid is expressed as a percentage of the amount financed by the RRP or of the project’s eligible expenses;
  • e) Acquisition of goods in a state of use;
  • f) Value added tax (VAT), whether or not recoverable by the beneficiary;
  • g) Acquisition of motor vehicles, aircraft and other transport equipment;
  • h) Interest and financial charges;
  • i) Working capital;
  • j) Purchase of real estate, including land;
  • k) Leases and rights to use space;
  • l) Current advertising.
  • Coaching 4.0 is specifically aimed at Portuguese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), its objective being to increase their competitiveness and resilience in the face of future challenges through digitalization.

Award of a fixed value voucher of 10,000 euros per beneficiary company, to be used for the intended purpose, based on the Digital Transition Services Catalog.
Companies may use services included in the Digital Transition Services Catalog with a value greater than the voucher awarded, provided they pay the remaining amount of the services directly with the service provider.
