Incentive Conditions

  • Continuing to implement measures to accelerate the use of alternative and more environmentally friendly traction energies, such as 100% electric traction, given its clear contribution to decarbonisation, improving air quality, reducing noise and traffic.

  • The entire national territory.

  • T1 – 4.000€ / 5.000€
  • T3, T4, T5, T6 – 50%
  • T7 – 80%

  • Type 1 – individuals, IPSS and other social organizations are eligible.
  • Types 3, 4, 5 and 6 – natural and legal persons are eligible.
  • Type 7 – applications to support the purchase and installation of electric vehicle charging stations, duly connected to the Mobi.E Network, in common spaces for private use associated with multi-family housing units in horizontal property, submitted by residents or condominium administrations for parking spaces in the same condominium/CPE, are eligible for the incentive.

      • Rules: 1050 incentives; €4,000; vehicles up to €38,500; Maximum 1 incentive/candidate;

    • Typology: T1 – 100% Electric Light Passenger Vehicle – IPSS
      • Rules: 400 incentives; €5,000; vehicles up to €48,500; Maximum 4 incentives/candidate;
        • Beneficiary: IPSS and other social institutions
  • Support Area: Urban Logistics
    • Typology: T3 – Cargo Bicycles (100% Electric and Conventional)
      • Rules: 300 incentives, 50% of RRP (incl. VAT), up to €1,000 for conventional and up to €1,500 for electric; Maximum 4 incentives/candidate for legal entities; Maximum 1 incentive/candidate for individuals;
        • Beneficiary: Individuals and legal entities
  • Support Area: Active Cyclable Mobility
    • Typology: T4 – Electric Bicycles
      • Rules: 4550 incentives; 50% of RRP (incl. VAT), up to €500; Maximum 4 incentives/candidate for legal entities; Maximum 1 incentive/candidate for individuals;
        • Beneficiary: Individuals and legal entities
    • Typology: T5 – Motorcycles, mopeds, tricycles, quadricycles, and other personal electric mobility devices
      • Rules: 3000 incentives; 50% of RRP (incl. VAT), up to €500; Maximum 4 incentives/candidate for legal entities; Maximum 1 incentive/candidate for individuals;
        • Beneficiary: Individuals and legal entities
    • Typology: T6 – Conventional Bicycles
      • Rules: 1050 incentives; 50% of RRP (incl. VAT), up to €150; Maximum 4 incentives/candidate for legal entities; Maximum 1 incentive/candidate for individuals;
        • Beneficiary: Individuals and legal entities
  • Support Area: Electric Vehicle Chargers
    • Typology: T7 – Chargers for electric vehicles in multi-family condominiums with connection to the Mobi.E Network
      • Rules: 216 incentives, 80% of RRP (incl. VAT) for the charging station, up to €800 + 80% of RRP (incl. VAT) for electrical installation, up to €1,000; Maximum 1 incentive per condominium, for individuals; Maximum 10 incentives per condominium/CPE (Point of Delivery Code) candidate for condominium administrations for parking spaces or groups of residents;
        • Beneficiary: Individuals, Groups of people, and Condominiums
