Incentive Conditions

  • The StartUP Voucher is a program promoted by IAPMEI that aims to support young graduates up to 29 years old in creating their own employment in technology-based fields. Through capacity building, mentoring, and financial support, the program assists business projects in the idea stage, contributing to digital transition, innovation, and the creation of qualified employment
  • National Territory.
  • 1. The StartUP Voucher has a duration of 9 consecutive months, with mandatory participation, for the development of the business project, with the goal of creating one’s own employment. It is divided into three equal periods of three months each:
    • a) Phase 1 Development of the idea, knowledge, and/or application of R&D results in the production of new products and services;
    • b) Phase 2 Development of the technology and the business model;
    • c) Phase 3 Development of the business plan, financing and communication strategy, and creation of one’s own employment.
  • 2. The creation of one’s own employment must occur no later than 6 months after the conclusion of Phase 3.
  • The support types offered under the StartUP Voucher are as follows:
    • a) Grant
      • Awarded to ensure exclusive dedication to the development of the business project.
      • Monthly grant of €900 (up to a maximum of 2 grants per project).
    • b) Mentoring
      • Access to mentors who are part of the National Mentors Network.
    • c) Incubation
      • Support and monitoring of the business project by incubators within the National Incubators Network .
      • Access to the National Incubators Network
      • Connection to the National Mentors Network
      • Project guidance and networking through practical activities
      • Technical content
      • Demonstration events (Demo Days).
    • d) Interim Award
      • Granted at the end of Phase 1 and Phase 2, with the goal of creating technical and financial conditions for the development of the following phase.
      • Interim awards (€1,500 at the beginning of Phases 2 and 3).
    • e) Completion Award
      • Awarded upon the creation of self-employment.
      • Completion award (€2,000 after the creation of self-employment).
    • f) Training and Networking
      • Actions aimed at strengthening the development of business projects in the idea stage by promoting the acquisition of new knowledge, as well as relevant technical and behavioral skills.
      • Participation in thematic sessions, bootcamps, skill labs, and technical clinics.
      • Immersion in business ecosystems.
      • Specialized support in ESG and SDGs (2030 Council).
