On 8 and 9 May, Start PME will be attending the SIM Conference at Alfândega do Porto in Porto. Tiago Braga, Start PME's Private & New Business Director, will be presenting investor dossiers and supporting entrepreneurs and start-ups in launching their business ideas during the conference.
The SIM Conference is an event organised by Startup Portugal that aims to connect entrepreneurs, startups and investors, both national and international. Focussed on generating networking opportunities through carefully selected content, SIM offers a unique experience for founders and investors to establish meaningful connections.
Over two days, participants have the opportunity to present their business ideas through Pitch Decks and establish contact with other entrepreneurs, investors and startups, promoting a networking environment that is fundamental to launching their ideas and projects.
In its first edition, held from 2 to 4 May 2024 at the Alfândega do Porto Congress Centre, the event brought together more than 2,000 participants, 400 startups, 150 investors and 100 national and international speakers, consolidating itself as an essential platform for the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Portugal.
