Incentive Conditions

  • This typology contributes to the following specific objectives:
    • Contributing to climate change mitigation and adaptation, namely by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and strengthening carbon sequestration, as well as promoting sustainable energy;
    • Promote sustainable development and efficient management of natural resources such as water, soil and air, in particular by reducing dependence on chemical substances. chemical substances;
    • Contribute to halting and reversing the loss of biodiversity, improving ecosystem services and preserving habitats and landscapes;
    • Promote employment, growth, gender equality, including the participation of women in the agricultural sector, social inclusion and local development in rural areas, including the circular bioeconomy and sustainable forestry.

  • Support is granted in the form of a non-refundable subsidy and may take the following forms. The following forms:
    • Unit costs, in accordance with the figures published in the annex to this notice;
    • Reimbursement of eligible costs actually incurred and paid by the beneficiary.
    • * Unit costs are fixed by operation group and are set out in ANNEX I of the respective notice.
  • 1 – Establishment of forest stands through sowing, planting or utilisation of natural regeneration;
  • 2 – Weeding and pruning, only eligible for hardwoods;
  • 3 – Watering installed plants during the implementation period;
  • 4 – Correcting and fertilising the soil;
  • 5 – Purchase and installation of individual plant protectors to improve microclimatic conditions and reconcile with small wildlife;
  • 6 – Acquisition and installation of fencing to protect stands from cattle or large wildlife;
  • 7 – Construction and maintenance of the road and divisional network in the area to be intervened;
  • 8 – Preparation of the FMP, including the costs of perimeter surveys in areas without a geometric cadastre, as well as the preparation of the RJAAR, with a maximum limit of €6,000.00 per application;
  • 9 – Preparation and monitoring of the application, including digital mapping, with a maximum limit of €4,000.00 per application.
  • Natural or legal persons, of a public or private nature, and managing bodies of common land and groups or groups of common land that own non-agricultural land.
